My 1on1 sessions are primarily focused on getting to know your weaknesses and goals. After the evaluation I create a personalized training program that is easy for you to follow and sustainable with your every day life. I am very strict with a technically good performance of strength training exercises as we want to do it for the long run. Classes I offer outdoors are high intensity, cardio and body toning. My classes are both fun and effective as it is all about good energy, friendly and supportive community.
