TRABAJE UN PAR DE AÑOS COMO ASESOR TECNICO EDUCATIVO EN CONAFE ( CONSEJO NACIONAL DE FOMENTO EDUCATIVO) .
FINALMENTE LLEVO TRABAJANDO 12 AÑOS COMO PROFESOR DE ESPAÑOL EN UNA SECUNDARIA TECNICA, EN MI ULTIMO CICLO ESCOLAR NO TUVE NINGUN ALUMNO REPROBADO, Y CONTRIBUI A QUE EL PROMEDIO DE LA MATERIA AUMENTARA A 8.4.
ME GUSTA INCULCAR EN EL ALUMNO SU CAPACIDAD AUTODIDACTA Y AUTOCRITICA , ASI COMO LA RETROALIMENTACIN DE LA SINERGIA ENSEÑANZA - APRENDIZAJE.
LA PLANEACION ES UNA HERRAMIENTA INDISPENSABLE PARA ALCANZAR LOS RESULTADOS DESEABLES PERO LA IMPROVISACION EN CIERTOS TEMAS LE DA FRESCURA Y ESPONTANEIDAD AL FENOMENO DEL APRENDIZAJE Y MOTIVA A LOS ALUMNOS A SEGUIR ADELANTE.

Se parte de un diagnóstico para establecer el punto de partida y de la detección del estilo de aprendizaje predominante del alumno para poder estructurar la estrategia más eficiente.
A continuación se dialoga con el estudiante para buscar acuerdos en cuanto a los temas que desea reforzar o aprender y las actividades a realizar para ello.
Se establece un temario , un horario y los horarios para llevarlos a cabo.
Se pide un alto grado de responsabilidad y compromiso , así como una actitud positiva hacia el estudio.
La evaluación será continua y permanente.
Dirigida básicamente a estudiantes de secundaria.
